Responsibilities: Handling of market feedbacks and warranty issues related to vehicle electricals and infotainment. Identify bugs, cause and suggest potential counter-measures in vehicle electricals/infotainment systems. Coordination with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedbacks. FTA approach for solving complex market issues. Competitor process / design benchmarking. Diagnose and resolve customer complaints. Competency Requirement: Technical/Functional: Good understanding on vehicle architecture and interface. Knowledge on vehicle communication protocols including CAN and LIN. Knowledge of Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, BT profiles (HFP, HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, HSP) and IoT communication protocols HTTPS, MQTT, TCP/IP and Linux OS is an added advantage IPC (e.g.: IPC 610 G) standard knowledge is an added advantage Well versed in QC tools, DOE, Six Sigma Analytical skills and logical approach towards problem solving Hands-on experience in resolving complex market problems and able to concisely explain and present to related stakeholders and management. Strong execution, orientation and problem-solving approach Ability to analyze the data and propose solution future strategies Strong communication presentation skills Others: Experience of vehicle controllers, sensors, switches, and infotainment Eligibility Criteria: B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE / Electrical Engineering
