Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily transport operations including pick-up and drop schedules. Manage a fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Track vehicle movement using GPS or transport management systems. Handle route planning and optimization based on shift timings and employee addresses. Address employee transport-related queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, driver duty rosters, and costs. Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle availability, contract management, and billing. Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness. Ensure adherence to all local transport and safety laws. Manage emergency transport requirements and alternate arrangements when needed.
