We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Vegetarian Cook to prepare authentic, flavorful vegetarian dishes from various regions of India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and dietary restrictions related to vegetarian cuisine. Responsibilities include meal planning, preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Experience with South and North Indian vegetarian dishes is highly preferred.
