ROLE OVERVIEW As our Motion Graphics & Video Editor , you'll be the creative force behind VEGA AI's visual storytelling. You'll transform complex AI concepts into captivating visual narratives that educate, inspire, and convert. You'll create product demos, feature explainers, use case videos, and problem-solution narratives . Your work will directly shape how thousands of potential users discover and understand the power of VEGA AI. This is a full-time, remote position with creative freedom to experiment, innovate, and push the boundaries of motion design in the AI product space. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESVISUAL STORYTELLING & CONTENT CREATION Design and produce product demo videos, feature explainer animations, and problem-solution videos Craft use case videos across diverse industries (education, healthcare, e-commerce, corporate training) Produce promotional content for product launches, feature releases, and marketing campaigns COLLABORATION Partner with product teams to understand features and technical functionalities Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and audience targeting Work with design teams to maintain visual consistency across all assets MOTION DESIGN & ANIMATION Create sophisticated 2D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated UI/UX walkthroughs Build visual metaphors and abstract animations to represent AI concepts Craft smooth transitions and visual effects that elevate production quality VIDEO PRODUCTION & EDITING Edit screen recordings and product footage into polished, professional videos Incorporate voiceovers, music, and sound design to enhance narrative impact Optimize videos for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, website, social media) BRAND CONSISTENCY Ensure all content aligns with VEGA AI's brand guidelines and visual style Maintain consistency in color palette, typography, and animation principles Establish motion design standards for scalability REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSTECHNICAL EXPERTISE 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, weight, anticipation) Experience with typography, color theory, and composition CREATIVE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS Exceptional storytelling ability and visual communication skills Ability to simplify complex technical or AI concepts for diverse audiences Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and timing in motion design Keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail COLLABORATION SKILLS Ability to learn and understand SaaS products quickly Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams Self-directed with strong project management skills Comfortable with feedback and iteration in a fast-paced environment PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT Portfolio or demo reel required showcasing motion graphics, product videos, or explainer animations Work that demonstrates ability to balance aesthetic appeal with clear communication PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) Knowledge of motion design plugins (Element 3D, Trapcode Suite) Experience creating content for SaaS, tech startups, or AI/ML companies Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows Understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise buyer journeys Music selection, audio editing, or sound design experience WHY JOIN VEGA AIMAKE AN IMPACT Your work will directly influence how thousands of users understand and adopt cutting-edge AI technology.
