Basic Qualifications No strict degree needed, but high school pass or equivalent is preferred. Basic English communication (to interact with customers). Skills Needed Knowledge of making coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, frappes, etc.). Ability to use coffee machines (espresso machine, grinder, blender). Customer service skills – polite, friendly, and good with people. Cash handling if working on counter. Cleanliness & hygiene knowledge (food safety, sanitization). Experience Fresher can also join (training provided by café). 6 months – 1 year experience in a café/restaurant is a plus. Personal Qualities Good personality & grooming. Patience & ability to work under pressure (rush hours). Team player. Passion/interest in coffee & beverages. Work Responsibilities Prepare hot & cold coffee, teas, and other beverages. Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc. Keep the counter and machine area clean. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve. Sometimes handle billing or delivery app orders.
