Role Overview: As an Architect specializing in Veeva CRM and Salesforce, your role involves leading the design and architecture of Veeva CRM and Salesforce solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will oversee the implementation of Salesforce features and Veeva CRM configurations, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations. Your responsibilities also include providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure seamless product performance. Additionally, you will manage data integrity within Salesforce and Veeva CRM systems and collaborate with other departments for system integrations.
