Job Description

The role of Veeva CTMS Configuration Specialist involves a range of responsibilities related to Veeva Vault CTMS & TMF. You will be responsible for initiating and overseeing all changes and implementations within the Veeva Vault CTMS & TMF systems. It will be essential for you to thoroughly understand business requirements and devise appropriate technical solutions to address them. Your role will also entail leading various technical design and implementation meetings, ensuring that all work done by other configurators is reviewed for accuracy and efficacy. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing and executing deployments, which involves tasks such as preparing deployment checklists, configuration specifications, and other technical documentation. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to actively engage with the Veeva technical team to address any issues or explore new features related to the Veeva Vault ClinOps product. Moreover, you will be required to conduct tech impact assessments on existing features and functionalities to evaluate the implications of new releases and enhancements. Your experience in this role should include a strong technical proficiency in Configurations within the Veeva Vault Clinical Operations Suite, with a particular focus on Veeva CTMS & Veeva eTMF. Hands-on experience in configuring the Veeva Vault platform, specifically CTMS & eTMF, will be crucial for success in this position. Additionally, familiarity with Clinical Trial data and processes within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the context of Clinical studies, will be beneficial.
