Company Description Veerupakshi Shoes is a shoe manufacturing company The company specializes in the production of ladies' shoes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning and Purchase Senior in ladies’ shoe manufacturing located in Agra. The Planning and Purchase Senior will be responsible for planning production activities, managing procurement processes, and ensuring materials are supplied in a timely manner. They will analyze reports, communicate with suppliers, and ensure optimal inventory levels. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Develop and manage production schedules in line with sales forecasts and customer requirements. Liaise between departments (design, cutting, stitching, assembly, QC, etc.) to maintain workflow and resolve bottlenecks. Monitor resource allocation, materials, and manpower to optimize efficiency. Ensure adherence to production timelines and cost parameters. Report on production performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing (preferably ladies’ shoes). Strong knowledge of production planning, materials, and process flow. Excellent team coordination and communication skills. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
