A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and following up on tenders (bids) for projects, products, or services. The role ensures compliance with client requirements and company policies while maximizing chances of winning contracts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and track relevant tenders through portals, newspapers, and client communications. Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and technical/commercial requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to collect necessary information. Prepare and compile technical & financial proposals in line with tender specifications. Ensure timely submission of bids, both online and offline. Maintain proper documentation and records of submitted tenders. Communicate with clients, vendors, or authorities for clarifications and compliance. Follow up on tender status and update management on outcomes. Assist in contract negotiation and handover process if the tender is won. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of tendering process and documentation. Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and compliance with deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and document management.
