Post: SALES COORDINATOR Veego Instruments, located at Andheri-East, Mumbai is hiring for job profile of SALES COORDINATOR. Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce and Arts streams. Experience: Experience of 2-3 years preferred. Candidates with experience in export-oriented documentation will get special preference. Good command on English language (both written and spoken), and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook are a must. Job Profile: Independently handling inbound queries through telephone calls from prospects, existing clients, dealers, etc. Drafting e-mail responses for business correspondence including customer inquiries, inbound and outbound communication, logistics, etc. Preparation of Commercial Documents like proforma and final invoices, billing documents, packing lists, quotations, etc. for both local and export queries and orders. Coordination with local and international clients for their order dispatch, documentation requirements, etc.
