Roles and Responsibilities Perform welding operations using various techniques such as arc welding, MIG/TIG welding, and laser welding. Ensure high-quality welds by following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Conduct visual inspections of materials before and after welding to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or defective products. Perform welding operations using various techniques such as arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and laser welding. Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand fabrication requirements. Cut metal components accurately using cutting tools like saws and grinders. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before packaging them for shipment. Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean work environment. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in fabrication, filtration, ITI certification (Fitter/Welder), or similar field. Strong knowledge of arc welding, MIG/TIG welding, laser welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints/drawings for accurate assembly instructions.
