Job Responsibilities: End-to-end supervision of plotting & land development projects (layout marking, leveling, cutting & filling, boundary demarcation, road development, drainage, water & electricity infra, compound wall, etc.) Manage and monitor daily site activities, contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely project execution Ensure strict adherence to project drawings, specifications, zoning & approval norms Coordinate with liaisoning teams, architects, and surveyors for site-related approvals and compliance Conduct quality checks, safety measures, and progress reporting on a regular basis Preparation of BOQ, site measurements, work progress reports, and material requirement planning Ensure end-to-end site readiness for handover and plotting sales execution Candidate Requirements: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering 37 years of hands-on experience in plotting / land development / infrastructure projects Strong technical knowledge of layout planning, road & drainage works, land leveling, and site execution Proficiency in AutoCAD, site measurement, and BOQ preparation preferred Familiarity with Alibaug, Panvel, Karjat site conditions and development norms Strong leadership, people management, and execution skills
