Deputy Chief Commercial Officer- FACOR Transformational opportunity and chance to make a difference. Location: Bhadrak, Odisha Role reports to Chief Commercial Officer- FACOR and will be a key position in the MIP of Commercial . It is a fully Integrated business of 150 KTPA Ferro-Chrome production capacity with 1.65 MTPA ROM Production along with 6 Own Mines and a 100 MW Power Plant. With 4X growth vision for Ferro Chrome production operating both at open cast and underground mines and 1.5 MTPA Capacity Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant, the Organization provides exciting growth prospects for aspiring young leaders and high potentials to take up Significant Leadership roles. Experience: 10+ Years of Relevant Work Experience Qualification: BE/BTech Graduate & MBA – Operations/Marketing/Supply Chain (preferable) with over 10 years of experience. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision. The Successful Candidate: Strong understanding of coal procurement, other raw material procurement and fuel management processes. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end service contracting, including vendor selection and performance monitoring. Proficient in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement and inventory management. Hands-on experience in logistics management and business partner coordination. Proven ability to manage the above categories within large-scale manufacturing environments. Skilled in using SAP and Ariba platforms for procurement and process automation.
