The Fashion Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand through strong product knowledge and styling expertise. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with product selection, styling, and fit guidance. Achieve sales targets through effective selling and upselling. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation is always on-brand. Manage billing, cash handling, and customer queries professionally. Stay updated on product features, trends, and promotions. Ensure stock replenishment and assist in inventory management. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in retail fashion or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of style and understanding of fashion trends.
