Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities on freelance platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. Craft and submit persuasive proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts. Maintain and update client databases with accurate bid records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Provide regular reports on bidding activities and success rates. Keep updated with industry trends and platform changes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in online bidding and securing projects on freelance platforms. Strong understanding of various freelance platforms and their bidding processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.
