Deputy Medical Superintendent Location: Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh Reports to: Hospital Director Key Requirements Education: MBBS, Additional qualification in Hospital Administration (e.g., MHA, MBA Healthcare) Experience: At least 5 years of experience in hospital administration or clinical leadership roles (e.g., supporting Medical Superintendent) Responsibilities Assist the Medical Superintendent in overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations, including OPD, IPD, emergency, ICU, and diagnostics Support implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliances like NABH and other legal norms Conduct ward rounds, monitor patient care quality, and handle medico-legal matters Collaborate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations Act as substitute for the Medical Superintendent when required, ensuring continuity in leadership and workflow Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Education: Master's (Required) Experience: DMS: 3 years (Required) Hospital: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
