Role & responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Manage sales pipeline and track activities using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Provide timely follow-up and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry-specific] products or services.
