Designation: Front Desk Executive Role & responsibilities Follow a well-defined welcoming protocol, which includes greeting the customer warmly, providing any necessary information, and guiding them through the initial stages of their visit. Respond to telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries from prospective customers, senior management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
