Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment, selection process including initial assessments, interviews, and offers and lead them on board. Leveraging social media, job boards, Internet and other sourcing means for available vacancies. utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates Preparing candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about company, culture and interview process Build and develop team of recruiters, maintaining optimal team size. Proven experience of end to end recruitment and managing team within recruitment. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies; analyze market trends; forecast hiring needs. Should be able to close the open position with the timely completion. Language Must with speaking Good Tamil & English knowing Kannada/Telugu is an added advantage. Preferable Industry: Healthcare /Any industry with end to end recruitment experience. Freshers also eligible to apply for the upto Executive Role.
