Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Conduct cold calls to potential clients for real estate inquiries. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into site visits and sales. Maintain and update CRM or lead sheets. Coordinate with the sales and project teams for client requirements. Client Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone inquiries. Build and nurture relationships with clients for long-term association. Assist clients during property site visits. Front Desk & Admin Attend to visitors, answer calls, and manage the reception area. Maintain a visitor log and coordinate meeting schedules. Handle basic administrative tasks like filing and documentation. Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi) Ability to confidently handle cold calling and follow-ups. Sales-focused mindset with a persuasive approach. Organized and presentable. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in sales / tele-calling (Real estate experience is a plus)
