Role: SAP FICO Consultant Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location: Ahmadabad- Work from office Job Description Support all Financial systems mainly SAP Finance and Controlling module (SAP FICO). 3+Years of experience minimum Required. Define business requirements by working with finance and accounting controllers, analyze and document issues and/or requirements and contribute to cost effective solutions in the areas of finance and accounting by testing the solutions. Develop test scenarios, process flow, test plans & other documentation. Validate SAP finance data conversions, system enhancements & any development for financial and operational integrity. Hands-on experience in ECC 6.0 OR S/4 HANA w.r.t SAP FI(G/L, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and CO(Cost Center, Internal Orders, COPA and Product Costing), PPM, Project System module and be able to learn on job new technologies and deliver the solutions. Should have fair integration knowledge with Logistics modules.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage financial strategies, annual budgets, and forecasts. Monitor and analyze financial performance, variances, and risks. Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, and dashboards. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and auditing requirements. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Support decision-making by providing financial insights and business analysis. Implement internal controls, financial policies, and best practices. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and issue Sales Invoices and handle Purchase Billing. Post Cash Expenses Voucher Entries and reconcile Petty Cash. Manage budgeting and forecasting for monthly cash requirements and expenditures. Generate and issue monthly customer statements. Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports as required by the management. Perform month-end and year-end account reconciliations. Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections. Post Bank Payment and Receipt Entries, and ensure reconciliation of the Bank Book. Prepare TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) data for returns and TDS payments. Strong knowledge of GST, including GSTR1, GSTR2, and GSTR3. Generate monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, aged debtors, and compare budgeted vs. actual sales performance with variance analysis. Handle online payment transfers, including PF, ESIC, GST, and Supplier payments. Process salary payments for employees. Proficient in MS Office, ERP and SAP B1.
Role: SAP MM Consultant Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location: Ahmedabad - Work from office Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. • Design, customize, configure and testing of MM Confirmation of UAT from business users, End user support for the newly designed solutions.. etc. • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
