We are hiring a Field Sales & Telecalling Executive who can drive sales through both calling and in-person client visits. The role requires someone confident in lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to contractors, purchase managers, and companies to pitch Alphacore’s products. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain follow-ups. Visit clients in the field, present products, and close deals. Maintain customer records, quotations, and sales reports. Meet monthly sales and collection targets. Requirements Graduate/12th pass with experience in sales or telecalling. 0–1 years of experience in B2B sales preferred (industrial/safety products a plus). Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/local language). Comfortable with both office-based calling and local field visits. Own a two-wheeler preferred for field sales.
