About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners 2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner 3. Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings 4. Make travel and accommodation arrangements 5. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports 6. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff 7. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory 8. Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports 10. Take minutes during meetings 11. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence 12. Organize and maintain the office filing system 13. Excellent MS Office knowledge 14. Outstanding organizational and time management skills 15. Excellent English verbal and written communications skills 16.
