Role Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team full-time at our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s website and social media presence while executing high-impact digital campaigns. The role includes content creation and optimization for SEO, designing and managing WordPress pages, and running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google and LinkedIn. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketer with 1–2 years of relevant experience looking to grow in a fast-paced IT services environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and update company website using WordPress, including designing and building new pages as required. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads . Create, publish, and monitor engaging content across social media channels Perform on-page SEO and optimize content for search engines to improve website visibility and ranking. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to develop marketing content aligned with business goals. Monitor digital marketing KPIs and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Must work as an individual contributor , capable of handling tasks independently without constant supervision. Assist in content writing, visual design using Canva or similar tools Qualifications & Skills 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing , especially website management and social media advertising. Strong working knowledge of WordPress website design and management . Proficiency in SEO best practices , Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with Google Analytics , Search Console , and SEO tools Creative skills for writing, content curation, and visual design (experience with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus).
