Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing & Sales Professional who is eager to collaborate with us in on-boarding new clients, especially MSMEs and companies across all industry verticals. The ideal candidate is someone entrepreneurial with an interest in digital innovation, business transformation, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard MSMEs, startups, and industrial clients who can benefit from our AI-powered consulting, digital services, and learning platforms. Promote key offerings such as Maanav.ai (campus-industry connect), DIZIGenAI (MSME automation), and DIZIEdutech (upskilling & internships). Develop and manage sales pipelines across regions and verticals. Represent Vatsa Procons at trade expos, industry forums, and networking events. Work closely with internal teams to customize and pitch relevant solutions. Provide regular client feedback and market intelligence to support solution refinement. Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or marketing (MSME/industrial focus preferred). Good network in industrial zones, business associations, and startup ecosystems. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Interest or experience in digital technologies, AI, or enterprise solutions is a strong plus.
