Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. This position involves managing key client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project fulfillment. The role is based in Faridabad with the flexibility for some work from home. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management Strong knowledge of mild steel products and fabrication services Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the steel industry or related sectors is a plus Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
