Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the sourcing and onboarding of qualified IT consultants for the US market. This is a remote position , ideal for candidates with strong experience in US IT staffing and an excellent understanding of work authorization types. You will work directly with internal teams to identify, qualify, and manage consultants, ensuring their readiness for client marketing and placement. This is a performance-driven role requiring independent execution and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Source and engage consultants on various US work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, Citizens) Qualify candidates through calls and document verification Maintain manual records of candidates, submissions, and onboarding progress Coordinate with the internal team to prioritize profiles for client submissions Follow up with consultants regularly to ensure engagement and availability Provide clear reporting on sourcing pipeline, qualified leads, and closures Requirements: 2–4+ years of experience in US IT staffing , with a strong focus on candidate sourcing Deep knowledge of US work permits and immigration categories Proven success in qualifying and preparing consultants for marketing and placement Excellent communication, screening, and documentation handling skills Ability to manage processes manually (Excel/Google Sheets) Self-motivated and capable of working independently under minimal supervision Availability to work in US time zones (EST/CST preferred) Location: Remote (India-based) Work Hours: US EST/CST time zone Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) + Performance-based incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: Remote
