Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality converted leads for Varolyn Healthcare’s home healthcare services. Build and maintain a network of 50+ doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare influencers. Drive patient acquisition through strategic partnerships, referrals, and outreach campaigns. Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with doctors, diagnostic centers, senior care facilities, and corporate health programs. Conduct field visits, local awareness drives, and patient education events. Manage the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to patient conversion. Prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, and growth metrics. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales & revenue goals. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria ⚠ Only candidates with proven experience in the healthcare domain will be considered. Candidates must have experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, elder care, patient acquisition, or nursing services. Applications from other sectors/domains — retail, IT, BPO, banking, insurance, FMCG, etc. — will NOT be eligible. Healthcare domain experience is non-negotiable. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare business development, patient acquisition, hospital tie-ups, or home healthcare services. Strong networking skills with doctors, clinics, and referral partners. Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of Bangalore’s healthcare ecosystem. Comfortable with field-based roles and direct patient/doctor interaction. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about improving patient care. Preferred Candidate Profile Currently working or previously worked in home healthcare companies, multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostics, nursing agencies, elder care, or wellness centers. Has an active network of 50+ doctors and strong referral connections. Proven track record of bringing converted patient leads and achieving sales targets.
