Sales Executive – Aluminium Fabrication Products About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of aluminium fabrication products, including aluminium doors, windows, partitions, sliding systems, and custom facades. This role requires building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and retail clients while achieving sales targets and expanding our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminium fabrication sector. Promote aluminium doors, windows, partitions, sliding systems, and facades to B2B and B2C clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end-users. Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored product solutions. Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals effectively. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to maintain an edge. Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 0–4 years of sales experience in aluminium fabrication, construction materials, or building products. Strong understanding of aluminium profiles, fabrication, and installation processes. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage both B2B and B2C client relationships. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
