The selected candidate will be working from Ahmedabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Team Supervisor will oversee team activities, ensure productivity and adherence to company policies, provide guidance and support to team members, and handle administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance, conducting training sessions, and communicating goals and deadlines. Qualifications Experience in team management and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to train and mentor team members Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexibility and adaptability to manage hybrid work environments Knowledge of textile industry processes and standards is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
