Job Description - CA Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Reports to: Head – Finance/Director ⸻ Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with expertise in GST, taxation, and financial accounting to manage the end-to-end compliance and accounting processes of Varaha Infra Ltd. The role involves handling all GST-related litigation, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring timely filings, and coordinating with auditors and GST departments to maintain compliance and efficiency. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. GST Compliance & Litigation: * Manage all GST-related litigation matters, assessments, and departmental inquiries. * Prepare and file all types of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C) and forms accurately and on time. * Draft and submit replies to notices, scrutiny letters, and demand orders from GST authorities. 2. Accounts & Financial Reporting: * Oversee complete accounting processes including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. * Finalize accounts and prepare accurate balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports. * Ensure statutory compliance with tax and accounting standards. 3. Audits & Coordination: * Coordinate with internal and external auditors during GST audits, financial audits, and assessments. * Liaise with GST consultants, auditors, and government authorities for smooth resolution of queries. 4. Data Management & Analysis: * Maintain detailed and organized GST and accounting records. * Generate MIS reports, GST reconciliations, and financial summaries for management review. 5. Technology & Tools: * Utilize advanced Excel skills and Tally ERP for efficient accounting and reporting. 6. Other Duties: * Support in tax planning, budgeting, and cost control strategies. * Stay updated with changes in GST laws, accounting standards, and industry practices. ⸻ Key Skills & Competencies: * Strong knowledge of GST, indirect taxes, and compliance. * Expertise in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel. * Good understanding of financial reporting and balance sheet finalization. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work under deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
Role & responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end execution of highway construction projects including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance. Oversee project progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety norms are met. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and government authorities for smooth execution. Prepare project status reports and present them to senior management and clients. Manage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with environmental, legal, and statutory requirements. Handle risk management, cost control, and quality assurance at all stages of the project lifecycle. Guide and mentor engineering and site teams.
