We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative fragrance and flavour products to key clients in the FMCG market. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities. This role requires continuous market research to keep abreast of trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. You will conduct detailed presentations and negotiations with clients, oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Key responsibilities also include managing key accounts, identifying new business prospects, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence within the fast-moving consumer goods sector, contributing to the companys overall success and growth. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a results-driven mindset. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in FMCG or related industries, with a proven track record in sales, is preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the FMCG sector. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Present and demonstrate our fragrance and flavour products to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Production) to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on fragrance and flavour products. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong understanding of the FMCG market and sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
