Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to customers using a manual/auto dialer. • Contact customers who have visited our website for used small commercial loading vehicles or have met our field team. • Understand customer requirements and recommend the nearest 91 Truck Store for their needs. • Schedule customer visits to the suggested store and follow up accordingly. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries. • Work on multiple processes, including customer service, data entry, and data management in Google Sheets. • Maintain and update customer records accurately. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.
