Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a mix of sales drive and creative marketing skills to boost the company’s presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM systems. Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns. Create engaging content for promotional materials, emails, websites, and social media. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign assets. Track marketing performance metrics and report ROI of campaigns. Participate in events, exhibitions, or trade shows to represent the company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, Google Analytics). Preferred Skills: Experience with B2B or B2C sales depending on industry.
