Position: Vanaspati Plant Operator
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Experience: 2–5 Years in edible oil/vanaspati plant operations
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Chemical / Mechanical)
Salary: As per industry standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor vanaspati plant machinery and process equipment.
• Record and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.).
• Ensure product quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain daily production logs and shift reports.
• Follow all safety and food industry compliance standards.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in edible oil, vanaspati, or food processing plants.
• Knowledge of refining, hydrogenation, and vanaspati process operations preferred.
• Ability to work in shift operations.
• Strong attention to safety, hygiene, and quality practices.
