Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI sector, including Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Private Wealth. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and attract candidates. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BFSI Recruitment or related field. Strong understanding of banking industry trends, products, and services. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
