Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to oversee garment quality across all stages of production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in apparel quality checking, preferably with denim, and a solid understanding of stitching techniques and machines. This role requires proactive problem-solving, the ability to guide tailors in correcting issues, and ensuring that every garment meets our brand’s high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-line and final quality checks for garments, with a focus on stitching and finishing. Inspect garments for stitch accuracy, seam strength, measurement consistency, and finishing details. Identify defects and provide clear guidance to tailors on how to fix issues (stitch corrections, tension adjustments, machine settings, etc.). Monitor machine usage and stitch quality, ensuring proper techniques are used for different fabric types, especially denim. Maintain production quality standards across cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing stages. Develop and implement quality control checklists and SOPs for the team. Work closely with the production manager to highlight recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Ensure compliance with brand quality requirements for both bulk and individual orders. Train and support the stitching team in achieving consistent, premium-quality outputs.
