Value Chain Simulation Tools Engineer - PLM Platform

As a highly experienced Value Chain Simulation Tools Engineer or Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing deep technical expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing Suite, Technomatix Tools, and FlexSim to simulate, analyze, and optimize complex manufacturing processes and supply chains. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in value chain simulation tools, focusing on Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing Suite, Siemens Technomatix, and FlexSim. - Hands-on experience in tool development and customization to tailor tools for customer-specific manufacturing workflows. - Testing and implementing configurations to ensure smooth integration into production or planning environments. - Conducting post-implementation assessments to evaluate the success of simulation projects and implement continuous improvement. - Developing and customizing REST APIs for integrating and customizing PLM systems, including Out-of-the-Box API Usage and Custom REST API Development. To qualify for this role, you must have: - At least 8 years of experience working with simulation tools in manufacturing and digital twin environments. - Proficiency in REST API development, especially in the context of enterprise PLM systems like PTC Windchill and Siemens Teamcenter. - A solid mechanical or industrial engineering background. - Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, process simulation, and digital twin technology. - Experience in enterprise software environments, working on tool implementation and system integration. - The ability to collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, IT, and production to deliver scalable simulation and PLM solutions.
