Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our valuation team. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing valuation reports for real estate and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of civil engineering principles and an eagerness to learn about valuation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing detailed valuation reports for real estate properties.

2. Collect and analyze data, including property details, market trends, and financial information.

3. Conduct site inspections and surveys, if required, to gather information for valuation.

4. Collaborate with senior valuers and team members to ensure accurate and timely report preparation.

5. Ensure compliance with valuation standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all valuation activities.

Skills and Competencies:

Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts related to valuation.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
