About the Role: We’re looking for dynamic and motivated interns to support our Secured & MSME Loan business. The role involves lead generation, market research, and assisting in client onboarding and loan processing for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as collaborating with DSAs and channel partners. Key Responsibilities: Source and develop leads for secured (LAP/Mortgage) and MSME loans. · Conduct market visits and identify potential business clusters. · Assist in client meetings, document collection, and coordination for loan processing. · Maintain prospect databases and prepare daily/weekly reports. · Support marketing and promotional activities for loan products. · Collaborating with DSA's and Developing Channel Partners Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Finance, or related field). · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Basic understanding of financial products and MSME business models. · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Self-motivated and willing to learn field operations.
