Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Reel Editor to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, trend awareness, and editing skills to create high-quality, engaging reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for social media platforms. Add trending music, sound effects, and transitions to maximize reach. Work closely with the content/marketing team to understand brand tone and campaign goals. Create eye-catching hooks, captions, and motion graphics for reels. Stay updated with Instagram and Youtbe shorts to apply fresh editing ideas. Ensure timely delivery of multiple reels per week/month. Maintain quality while meeting tight deadlines . Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve . Strong understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and trends . Creativity in storytelling, pacing, and use of effects. Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing . Ability to handle feedback and deliver revisions quickly. Portfolio of reels/short videos is a must. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of editing experience (agency or freelance). Experience working with brands, influencers, or agencies . Knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus. Passion for social media and content creation .
