The facilitator will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment where young learners build foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and inquiry through hands-on and collaborative experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with the schools inquiry-based philosophy. Integrate cross-curricular themes to promote conceptual understanding and critical thinking. Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment. Assess student learning through formative and summative tools and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with team members to plan units, events, and student showcases. Communicate effectively with parents and support holistic child development. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training certification mandatory. Prior experience in IB PYP / Cambridge / CBSE International curriculum desirable.
