Validation engineers for Intel Project

The job involves developing and executing comprehensive validation test plans for new silicon devices. You will be responsible for supporting the update of automated test suites and validation frameworks to ensure thorough testing coverage. Additionally, you will debug complex hardware issues using lab equipment such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers. Collaboration with design teams to understand and validate hardware specifications is a key aspect of this role. Analyzing and documenting test results, bugs, and validation coverage will be part of your responsibilities. You will also provide support for customer debugging efforts and offer technical solutions. The job requires you to develop validation methodologies and work towards improving existing processes. Desired skill sets include post-silicon validation methodologies, basic knowledge of different domains like Storage, Multimedia, TBT, and Power management validation. Familiarity with boot sequence validation and knowledge of Firmware validation is essential. A strong understanding of Windows environments is also desired for this role.
