Role & responsibilities Liaise with state departments to coordinate pre-implementation works and obtain NoCs (No Objection Certificates). Plan and coordinate the construction of hydro power projects. Prepare construction drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) schedules. Efficiently manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with engineers and liaise with departmental and government authorities. Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and provide regular updates through DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and MPRs (Monthly Progress Reports). Analyze risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and correspondence. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering 1 to 5+ years of experience in Hydro Power Projects only Experience in Hydro Power Projects is preferred. Requirements: Strong knowledge on Hydro Power Projects. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and PM tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
