Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Representative located in Kolkata and suburban Area, The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, developing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves reporting sales progress and market feedback to the management team. Qualifications Proven experience in field sales and client relationship management Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications Flexibility to travel within the Greater Kolkata Area Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in the relevant industry is advantageous
