You should possess a post-graduate degree in structural engineering with proven competence in independent analysis and design of high-rise and large commercial RC buildings at a reputable structural engineering firm. Experience as a project manager on at least two projects is required, along with leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a design team. Exposure to the design of industrial steel structures is considered desirable. As a candidate, you should be an independent thinker with a strong ability to quickly learn new things and stay fully updated on the latest analysis and design technologies. Possessing an MTech degree from an IIT/NIT or equivalent university will be considered an added asset for this role.,
