Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in staff augmentation sales , specifically in the North American market . Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and close new clients for staff augmentation services in the US and Canada. Build and manage a sales pipeline focused on IT staffing and development partnerships. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations. Collaborate with internal technical and recruiting teams to ensure client success. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Qualifications: 5+ years of business development experience, with at least 3 years focused on staff augmentation services . Deep understanding of the North American IT services market , especially software development outsourcing. Strong network of clients or contacts in the US/Canada is a big plus. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
