Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in staff augmentation sales , specifically in the North American market . Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and close new clients for staff augmentation services in the US and Canada. Build and manage a sales pipeline focused on IT staffing and development partnerships. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations. Collaborate with internal technical and recruiting teams to ensure client success.
