Lead contract change management, claims, extensions, and dispute resolution processes. Maintain documentation and tracking of contract performance and KPIs. Required Skills Qualifications MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.). 7 years of experience in contract management, preferably in railway or highway EPC projects. Working knowledge of FIDIC/CPWD/IRC/RAILWAY contract formats. Strong understanding of government tendering processes and contract law.
