Operation Executive – Client Servicing, Vendor Coordination (ATL/BTL Services) Location: Noida Sector 4 Department: Operations / Marketing Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with experience in Client Servicing and Vendor Coordination to support our ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of on-ground event execution, promotional campaigns, and brand activations. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients. Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client expectations on time and within budget. Prepare and share reports, presentations, and updates with clients as needed. Maintain long-term relationships and manage client feedback. Vendor Coordination: Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for ATL/BTL projects. Maintain a strong vendor network for printing, fabrication, logistics, manpower, etc. Negotiate costs and manage purchase orders, agreements, and payments. Ensure timely and quality delivery of services from vendors. Campaign/Project Execution (ATL/BTL): Support the end-to-end execution of marketing and promotional campaigns. Coordinate logistics, materials, permissions, staffing, and other on-ground requirements. Monitor project timelines, track progress, and resolve issues as they arise. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards during execution. Qualifications & Skills: 1–3 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or event management (preferably ATL/BTL domain). Good negotiation and vendor management abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel and work on-site when required. Preferred Experience: Prior experience with advertising agencies, marketing firms, or event companies. Understanding of ATL media (TV, radio, print) and BTL activities (events, promotions, activations, etc.).
