Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, supervise staff, maintain quality control, coordinate with different departments, handle supply chain and inventory planning, and ensure smooth dispatch of orders. The goal is to ensure that production runs efficiently, on time, and with minimum waste. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight : Monitor and manage production of various work orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Coordinate daily operations to meet production targets and deadlines. Team Supervision : Ensure all factory staff start work on time and carry out their duties efficiently. Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across departments. Quality & Reporting : Regularly track and report on product quality. Identify issues and implement corrective actions. Share production progress, delays, and quality reports with management. Dispatch Coordination : Track production completion timelines and plan dispatches accordingly. Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Supply Chain Management : Coordinate with purchase and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials. Communicate production priorities to various sections with clear target timelines. Maintenance & Breakdowns : Monitor machine health and coordinate timely maintenance. Assign technicians to machines facing breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime. Inventory & Raw Material Optimization : Track factory stock levels and work on optimizing raw material usage to reduce waste and cost. Preferred Experience: Experience in handling shop floor operations, dispatch planning, and maintenance Exposure to inventory control and production software tools is a plus
